Responsibilities:
- Study and analysis infrastructure technical problem and provide solution.
- Prepare troubleshoot report, root cases analysis and preventive improvement.
- Troubleshoot product issues and to develop & implement fixed or improvement on assigned system.
- Provide technical support to supervisors and technicians to carry out complex troubleshooting of product problems, recommending corrective actions, modifications or refurbishments.
- Support cost reduction and product qualification activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering discipline.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ayer Keroh.
