PE-Exteriors- the most sellable pre-painted galvanizing steel product processed by CSC Steel in the most sophisticated coil coating line based in Malacca site. By putting many years of great effort to continuously improving the coating process and continually join development with raw material supplier, to give total control and inspection starting from the beginning of cold rolling to galvanizing until paint coating process to ensure fine PE-Exterior product is made. As a result, this long lasting product not only provides almost unlimited range of colors selection but most importantly, it meets up to the consumers' need to last longer than conventionalist. PE-Exterior has been well designed and produced to withstand excessive paint chalking and color fading under high UV-light irradiation as experienced in tropical climate country like Malaysia. Special formulated paint resin was adopted to give PE-Exterior a higher paint film flexibility than other alternative product. Therefore it performs less creeping or cracking during deformation of steel panels in panel profiling, where by failure of pre-painted steel protection mostly begins at those deformation area that higher permeation rate of moisture was detected. This has given PE-Exterior greater advantage in lasting longer especially in those hot and humid tropical environments.
