Ever Fresh® is one of the most dedicated architectural PPGI products that retains its beauty in more cost effective way. Nowadays, conventional PPGI manufactured is facing greater challenge in keeping the beauty of their PPGI products to last longer as the air pollution is getting worse. Especially in those high air pollution areas such as urban heavy traffic area or those mild industries area, the appearance of conventional PPGI build-up buildings could be deteriorated within months as their pollutants blanket it's original appearance. These contaminant may be even impossible to remove although servicing work has been undertaken. Ever Fresh has been designed to counteract with this long existing problem. Characteristic of Ever Fresh®
Ever Fresh® has two important functions in preventing dirt-staining problem on its surface within short period, which is called Hydroclean & Anti-stain.
Hydroclean – Special formulated finish coat exhibits hydrophilic surface provides good wetting effects during rain falls or man cleaning. Low surface energy contaminant could be washed away easily when rain falls. This keeps Ever Fresh surface every time after a downpour.

Anti-stain – Nevertheless, some high surfaces energy contaminants would be difficult to wash off and eventually leaves residue on the surface. Owning to undesirable interface interaction mechanisms, those contaminants would penetrate through paint surfaces leaving permanent dirt staining visually observed on PPGI. To countermeasure this problem, Ever Fresh has been formulated to lower its surface energy and partially hardened the surface. This could prohibit excess dirt penetration and has proven to be effective under some severe carbon-staining test.
Actual Performance
After 2 years of practical exposure in local industry area, Ever Fresh® has been proven to be an effective product in staying fresh and uniform, while dirt stains have been observed on other PPGI panels
Ever Fresh® exhibits better dirt staining retention and more uniform color change
compared to conventional PE after 24 months of nature exposed.
