Manufacturing Process Introduction Specification & Application

Push Pickling

Removes scale from the surface of hot-rolled strip by dipping into acid tank. The pickled hot rolled strip can then be trimmed to required width for the next process.

Cold Rolling

The functions of the cold rolling mills are to roll down the hot rolled strip to the required thickness. Its main products are 1B, low, medium and high carbon steel.

Electrolytic Cleaning

Remove residue roll coolant on the surface of cold-rolled strip by electrolytic cleaning process include water brushing, electrolyzing, rinsing and drying to improve cleanness of the strip surface.

Batch Annealing

The cleaned and treated coil is then annealed at the annealing furnace to achieved mechanical property requested by customer.

Temper Mill

Coils after annealing are temper rolled with low reduction to get optimum shape, roughness and property to meet customer requirement.

Recoiling

Coils after temper rolling are recoiled, leveled, oiled, divided and inspected to meet order requirement.
